PGI Welsh beef with a taste of Italy. Sweet tomato and fragrant basil make this biltong different from any you‛ve tasted before. Best enjoyed in the sun with a glass of something cold to really bring out it‛s delicate mediterranean flavours.

Ingredients:

220g of beef to produce 100g of biltong, red wine vinegar, salt, tomato powder (2.2%), garlic, coriander, black pepper, antioxidant: ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), sodium ascorbate, glucose, basil (0.4%), preservative: potassium sorbate.
