Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We provide free UK shipping on orders of £45 or more. (Excludes monthly subscription boxes and some big and heavy items.)

For orders under £45, shipping fees range from £3.99 to £9.99, depending on the selected shipping method. 

We also offer international shipping, with rates varying based on destination and calculated at checkout.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 4 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day.

All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent on Monday or on the next business day.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes if its total value exceeds the import threshold set by your country’s customs regulations. As the customer, you are responsible for any applicable fees.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order, as these charges can sometimes be significant. Please note that we are unable to calculate these fees on your behalf.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
