Simply Keto MCT is a particularly effective extract of coconut oil. The two fatty acids were extracted (C8 and C10), which the body can absorb and use particularly quickly. These two particular fatty acids are called caprylic acid (C-8) and capric acid (C-10).

It is processed into ketone bodies in the liver and is therefore a real booster for ketosis, as ketone bodies serve as an energy source in the ketogenic diet. 

Coconut oil only contains a small proportion of these fatty acids. Coconut oil consists largely of other fatty acids, which are among the medium-chain fatty acids, but behave like long-chain fatty acids.
Therefore, they cannot be split so quickly.
