INGREDIENTS: Erythritol, golden flaxseed flour, hemp seed protein, psyllium seed husk powder, baking powder, poppy seeds (10%).
- Prepare. Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (20 ml) and 5 tablespoons (50 ml) of plant-based milk (or alternative) into a microwavable cup or bowl.
- Mix. Add 55 g mug cake mix and stir everything together.
- Baking. Microwave a single cup at 800 watts for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
- Cool down. Let it cool down briefly and eat it while still warm.
- Enjoy with sauce, whipped cream or on its own.
