Stir the entire mug bread baking mixture with 140 ml of sparkling water and mix well. Press the dough into a cup or bowl and let it rest for 5 minutes. Make sure that the recipient is microwavable. Bake the single mug or bowl for 4 minutes at 800 Watt in the microwave. Topple the bread from the cup or bowl and let it cool down, cut it or tear it as desired. Enjoy with spreads, in sandwiches or on its own.
