Is Kwiketo suitable for vegeterians and vegans?

We try not to use any snacks that are made of meat products and contain gelatin to make our products suitable for vegetarians! However, we can NOT guarantee that all products will be suitable for vegetarians or vegans. There's also a nutritional breakdown for every item in our boxes along with a list of ingredients and a V sign next to the products that are suitable for vegetarians.

Are the snacks in my box choosen from different keto brands every month?

That’s correct! Each month’s box will feature snacks from different keto brands from all around the world. The brands and products you’ll receive is a secret until you receive the box! Snacks will be revealed at the end of each month in our website as well as in our social media channels.

Can I choose which snacks I recieve?

Great box for anyone following the keto diet in the uk. The box was packed with snacks and products, many I’d not tried before. I find it hard to find keto friendly products in uk stores so this was perfect for me. I’d highly recommend trying it.

The box is quite good but i am dissapointed the ingredients in a lot of the products include sugar and are quite high in carbs.
