Contents: Chocolate mug cake baking mix (55 g for 1 mug cake)
INGREDIENTS: Erythritol, golden flaxseed flour, hemp seed protein, psyllium seed husk powder, baking powder, cinnamon powder (10%).
Preparation & Tips: Prepare. Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (20 ml) and 5 tablespoons (50 ml) of plant-based milk (or alternative) into a microwavable cup or bowl. Mix. Add 55 g mug cake mix and stir everything together. Baking. Microwave a single cup at 800 watts for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Cool down. Let it cool down briefly and eat it while still warm. Enjoy with sauce, whipped cream or on its own.
One sachet makes approx 110 grams of cake.
