Is Kwiketo suitable for vegeterians and vegans?

We try not to use any snacks that are made of meat products and contain gelatin to make our products suitable for vegetarians! However, we can NOT guarantee that all products will be suitable for vegetarians or vegans. There's also a nutritional breakdown for every item in our boxes along with a list of ingredients and a V sign next to the products that are suitable for vegetarians.

Are the snacks in my box choosen from different keto brands every month?

That’s correct! Each month’s box will feature snacks from different keto brands from all around the world. The brands and products you’ll receive is a secret until you receive the box! Snacks will be revealed at the end of each month in our website as well as in our social media channels.

Can I choose which snacks I recieve?

The main value you get with our premium subscription box is ability to discover 20 keto & low-carb products with loads of variety of flavours from different brands without having to buy each snack in bulk and paying the shipping costs.

The box is quite good but i am dissapointed the ingredients in a lot of the products include sugar and are quite high in carbs.

All of the Keto snacks that we feature in our monthly boxes are specifically Keto designed foods which usually have under or around 5g net carbs (excluding sweeteners) which is sugar. In some cases, the featured products might not have a clean label, but you can rest assure that we check the Keto-friendly feature of all products before including them in the box.
